Who els has this symptom?

When I look at something with a white background it looks like all the light is coming into my eyes as if my eyes are a black hole literally sucking the light in. I don’t know how to explain it but it drives me nuts especially when i watch tv. Does anyone know what this is called or even knows what i’m trying to talk about lol?
