Post Body

For the past few years I have been dealing with visual snow, blue field entoptic phenomenon, and one other thing that I can’t find a label for. I’ve tried drawing it and explaining it to doctors, I’ve had mri, eg, ek, cat scans, blood work, and pretty much everything to try to figure what’s wrong. It eventually led me to hear and I know this is hppd. I was curious if anyone had this other symptom I struggle with everyday like everything else. Basically it’s like a flickering and changing void, almost like light speed travel in a movie but random blotchy shapes that flicker and if I focus on it, it will expand more and more. I’ll see this typically when I’m driving a look a head or at night when I look at my ceiling. It’s starts small and if I focus on it it will continue to expand and not necessary flicker but lapse into itself and changes random shapes like it’s moving. It sounds crazy but I can’t explain it for the life of me. I’ve tried ophthalmologists and retina specialist and draw things and they aren’t sure even after tests being normal. The said I have visual snow which I agree and that what I’m trying to explain is a floater. I have a floater sometimes depending on the light but that stays the same shape and doesn’t move like this other thing has. Anyone experience anything remotely like this please let me know. I need some clarity in this.
