Derealization after drinking?

I have mild HPPD from molly and the visuals aren’t that bad but last weekend I drank Friday and Saturday night and ever since I feel like my visuals have gotten worse and I’m having derealization really bad. Is that from the alcohol? Will it go back to baseline soon?
