Acupuncture?

I have very mild HPPD from molly and I’m thinking about trying out acupuncture for my anxiety/hormonal issues. I know it won’t cure my HPPD at all but I’m concerned it might make my HPPD worse? Does anyone else with HPPD have any experience with acupuncture
