I am new to HPPD. Do I have symptoms? Please itroduce me.

From that time I see little depth. When I look into the sky its no longer big and far away. I see it as oil painted. Also reading is harded as its more blurry. After the traumatic drug use my anxiety disorded is much better but its still there.
I am scared. I wonder If I am also dumber too. And If I ineed am why should I live. Like I dont say less smart people shouldnt be living but question what is the point of living if you know how it was to be bright and you lost it.
