Just ordered a omen 30L on Amazon

It has a i9 10850k and rtx 3080 in it my biggest concern is I heard a lot of bad things about the thermal throttling and the cooler that comes with it and installing a new one seems really complex and pricey can anybody let me know if i really need to do that or not because I just spent loads and spending like 250 on replacing a cooler with the chance of breaking something scares me
