HP Omen 16 TrackPad Problems

Absolutely love everything about this laptop, the temps are amazing, amazing screen. The only issue is the trackpad. I heard about the issue before ordering, but still ending up buying. Is there really no way to fix this trackpad problem? Or am I going to have to return it :/
Thinking about getting the ASUS M16 2022 model if the trackpad issue is unfix able.
