Omen 30L: USB and Bluetooth keep power cycling...

It's not constant. It happens about 3 or 4 times over the course of 30 minutes or so. Then it stays on. But when it happens, my keyboard and mouse become unresponsive and their respective lights turn off, and my Bluetooth speaker loses connection. Then everything reconnects after about 6 seconds.
