Recently, I've been interested in purchasing the HP Omen 17t-ck00 (https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/omen-17t-ck000-laptop-2y4b1av-1) with some pretty good specs (core i9-11900H, GTX 3070, 32GB, you have to customize it to view the specs).

Only problem - I'll be studying in Canada. The canadian website lists the laptop, but not with those specs, and the american website does not ship to canada.

I have relatives in the US which I can ship the laptop to, and then mail the laptop to me, but I can't visit them (due to COVID restrictions) and mailing the laptop to me may result in me having to pay extra in taxes.

What should I do?
