theory about how the resurrection stone could operate (potential spoilers all)

The time turner prevents information from traveling back more than a few hours. My theory is that you can get information from the past through temporal effects and the stone does this to link to the moment in the past that a wizard died and released their data dump (the burst of energy in this theory is the contents of their mind) allowing you to make a print of them that could be used in conjunction with other spells (possibly needing the wand) to raise the dead.

thoughts? is there any reason information couldn't be sent from the past?
