Has the Chinese Fireball gone on sale before?

I am currently saving up my books and was hoping that the Chinese Fireball would be on sale, but it isn't for the current sale. Should I just give in and pay full book price or should I wait for the next sale and hope it's on sale?
I want to be smart about using my books but I don't want to wait forever for a sale that might never come. Any advice or insight would be helpful!!
