This morning when I opened the app my account was signed out and now having issues connecting to my Facebook account again to get all my data.
Is this a issue for more than me?
EDIT: I cleared my cache and finally let me in!!!
This is my first major issue in recent memory that made the game unplayable. Judging my comments here, it seems to be a server issue affecting everybody
I always do rubbish in that one anyway 😂
Android here, too. There is a small 90mb update that didn't seem to push from the Play Store, but even installing it didn't fix anything.
I'm the exact same!! It'd fantastic that it is so lively
I'm in Ireland, so it's interesting to note it is both American and European servers if they are separated
When it does come back if the timer has expired I'd be on to them looking for a full refund on the gems plus time wasted doing the entire TLSQ
From the comments, it seems to be just Facebook connections. I'm on Android, so Apple isn't an option
Others have said it seems to be phased fix so maybe I just timed it right 🤷
Another suggestion was to reinstall the app completely for fear it wud lose something
I had to force stop it and cleared cache through the settings on Android (didn't clear data because I was afraid what I'd lose)
I'm not sure about the iPhone, to be fair but I go to the general phone settings and then to the apps section (where you would uninstall them etc) and it was in there under memory stuff.
Here is hoping iPhone is somewhat similar
