Post Body

Mine is Blood and Cheese. Let me preface this by saying that I view the show as a show. I understand the whole “innocent children shouldn’t suffer thing” but like it’s a fantasy show? So if you get that emotional about a fictional event then this post may not be for you. So anyway, I feel that in the last few years, greens have been consistently on the offensive. Taking advantage of Viserys’s ill health and doing what they want. They probably got used to that power high, thinking that since they currently control King’s Landing, they can do whatever they want. Throwing a feast after Luce’s death just shows how overconfident they were. But then blood and cheese happens. Even the royal guards couldn’t keep the assassins out. The assassins could have killed everyone but the fact they only killed that one child, shows how Daemon had all the power in that scenario. To not even take the advantage of that event to end the Green line completely shows that Daemon didn’t even take Greens seriously enough to take them out right then and there. He didn’t even bother with them more than necessary lol. He clearly wanted to antagonize as much as he can while still not taking greens seriously. Like no wonder Grrm loves Daemon, he really is completely unrestrained. To try to make things “even” for Luce in that way really reminded Greens that they are not as invulnerable as they thought. I just can’t wait to see Green’s (especially Aegon the rapist’s) reaction to that.
