Tips for False attraction

I donāt know why I have been struggling a lot lately with false attraction. I will just be watching something (movie, YouTube, sports, etc) and my brain will start asking āam I attracted to himā or āI think heās good lookingā. Or something along those lines. I really donāt think I know the difference between attraction and anxiety. So my question is how do I deal with false attraction?
