What do we do when a management company becomes unresponsive?
We have put a 30 day notice to terminate our contract to seek a new management company and they have not responded this is specifically for our master association.
There is a sub association for the town homes both managed by the same company. The management company put in and then retracted a 30 day notice to terminate their contract beginning on the 31st of December even the HOA members responded and agreed with them leaving. What can we do?
This all happened when we installed/elected new board members which they refuse to respond to or even acknowledge. They also refuse to provide financial documents such as receipts, bank statements and or even journal entries for our spending. We have been βbrokeβ for years even though on estimate they net income for the Association is 300,000 yearly.
