We have a few cameras in our NJ building that link to an app that the board has access to. They track much of the activity in lobby, main hallway and garage, but not every single angle.
Anyone have advice or can share their building’s camera policy for owners to put up cameras (garage to monitor their car, in front of their condo door)?
One thought is to make them accessible by the board for ability to double check feed when another owner has concerns. Another is that in the garage it would be on the property of their deeded parking spot. Any advice is appreciated.
