Hello all, We are a 3 year old neighborhood 400 homes and we just took over 100% ownership of the HOA from the builder. The management company is recommending we spend $2500 on a reserve study to help budget for future costs and maintenance in the neighborhood. The study will provide documentation on how long something like the playground equipment will last and how to budget for future replacement repairs as well as for the pool and common areas. My question is who has experience with this is it worth the money any other ideas or suggestions any advice and insight is appreciated! TY
