Anyone successfully remove a Homeowner from your CA HOA that knowingly runs a Drug Den in your HOA? If so, how did your Association do it? No matter how many times the Police show up for arguments, arrests, other charges, it continues.
Drug Dens are not great because they invite all kinds of people into Gated Communities to use our Pools and Spas to Bathe. They leave trash everywhere and use glass pipes at the Pool and Spa and other glass bottles. They jump fences and camp in different areas of our Association property.

When Police come to talk to Trespassers and hopefully get them off the property, they tell them they LIVE at [address] of the Drug Den. So far that's about 20 are saying they live there. Keep in mind, they all are a mess and walking around like zombies with their bags, etc.
