We recalled the board of the Masters Association and the Condos want to do the same thing. Our CC&Rs are not up to date with the Arizona Revised Statutes. I am wondering how it would work to recall the board of the Condos Association since they are a subsection of the Masters. Do we need to get signatures of the Masters Association as well or do we just keep it to the condos. The management company left the Masters Association and stated that since they left the Masters Association has nothing to do with the Condos anymore.
Does this affect how we get signatures or anything like that?
