I have posted here multiple and would just like to say all the information given here has helped me a ton. I still have some more questions that would like to have some clarity on my current situation.

In summary our HOA has no board and no management company- The board is fully removed due a recall and the management company terminated their contract because of it. Our association wants to hold another election but we do not have sufficient paper work such as the community roster to give sufficient notice and a call for canidents. Allot of the declarants here rented their place out.

Our state law states that once the majority removes the board is removed the election needs to be held by the association. I have only one question.

Our lawyer wants to file a dispute against the association for not holding the election- God knows I don't know everything but I am under the impression we would be potentially suing the community(how) for not complying to state law and sending us under a receivership.

Is there some other form or association that we would be filing a complaint against. The lawyer clearly states that we would not be able to file a complaint against the management company but against the community- what would that even mean?

I just need some info and not any legal advice- it cost money to clarify every vague detail.
