Our community recently got good news from our lawyer. Our signatures for a recall went through and now the next step is to elect new board members. We only ran into one problem our management company has decided to terminate the contract before our new members are elected.
What would happen if this were to occur?
Are we still able to hold an election as a community?
Would we need our lawyer to oversee a new election without a management company and how would the transfer of funds work if they leave before we get a new a management company ?
