How many here have had "the talk"?

I'm new in this subreddit. I'm just wondering how many people here have had a conversation with their SO about opening up your relationships? I was in a DeadBedroom situation for 2 - 3 years. I brought up the hypothetical possibility of a 3some. My wife freaked out! I was afraid to broach the subject again. Now I'm a cheater. I join couples and groups and hook up when I can. But I'm looking (unsuccessfully) for an AP nearby.
