Well...this is it. The drip finally stops. I write this final report on my encounters with humans on our new homeworld, with a few hundred thousand refugees I managed to help save from the detruction of Kulth; now dubbed The Shattering in our history.

Upon my return back to Kulth, I discovered the Prime Ministers petetioned the senate's involvement; to which they had an overwhelming majority vote against such actions as humans proved to volitile and dangerous to risk going to war with. This was by all means understandble and a carefully calculated decision. The only assistance they were willing to lend was to have several escort vessels and heavy cruisers take what citizens they could to another world. The Senate corrisponded with the human leaders and they agreed that total extinction would not be a fitting punishment, but they could not call off the attack as they promised their citizens and military leaders under their command that they would enact the maximum sanction they could against our race. One thing I must commend the human leaders on is their willingness to compromise.

I was released by the human captain to help aid my people in the coming days before the human fleet's arrival. It was utter chaos as panic spread throughout the planet. It was impossible to stop the humans' approach; but our leaders did what they could to organize refugee camps of people of all walks of life. It was a random drawing, with only 5 out of the sacred 27 ministers being able to accompany and lead the refugees to safety. I was selected as I was coordinating the search for a new planet, far away from our home sector to terraform and repopulate. When we agreed enough was enough; I helped aid the throngs of people onto the massive transports and floatillas provided to us by the galactic senate.

I watched with horror and amazement as the simple designs of the human vessels proved more effective than I thought possible. Then a ship of unparalelled size entered our system; almost as large as a small moon and was said to have over 3 million souls aboard it, both civilain and military. This was their planet-killer, their great leviathan...the fabled NTRS Hades. It was said to have been crafted in the likeness of the terran planet Pluto, but smaller. I gazed at the massive vessel as the titanic energy weapon on the front of the craft began to energise while our fleet either fled to the stars or defended our planet; but their weapons were simply absorbed or bounced off the Hades' shield arrays. Point defense weapons and massive disruptor cannon batterys decimated our finest carriers and battleships as the Hades approached Kulth. Then a flash of red light, as bright as our star blazed as the Hades unleashed it's weapon; vaporizing all life on Kulth's surface in an instant, before the planet cracked and was blasted apart.

I heard them...5.6 billion psychic screams of my people, my home...gone in an instant. Only myself and a few others remain as the Prime Ministers do what they can to rebuild our race. Though thanks to Ortharian terraforming tech; we were able to find a suitable planet to rebuild upon. But still; the horrors of the wars and the death of my people will haunt me. Without Kulth, the other Ortharian planets and sytems have no contact with us our our goverments; and have devolved into seperate houses and factions that are now at war with each other. We will do what we can to reclaim those we have lost; so that at least give me some hope.

I will never forget the day, when they came from Earth.
