What other HENRY roles are there in Life Sciences/Pharma

Hi all,
I work within Big Pharma, not currently but very close to being at the Henry eligibility (125k ).
Within my company it seems that a ‘Head of’ can achieve this as entry level base.
Curious to know what other roles there are within the industry that would qualify for HENRY?
Seeing more and more roles 200/300k on this r/ and was wondering if these types of role exist within the industry (without being VP/Director level?) or whether these are exclusive to law/tech/data engineering sectors.
