Im looking at different options as a consultant in the data space for 10 years and one is moving to industry - looking at the market it be hard to find jobs as head of data / MI / analytics that pay similar to a senior manager consultant
Also the pay progression seems to be slower in industry ( within a consultancy if you hit partner would be looking at £400K - which is c-suite level pay outside of consultancy) - but i dont know about the work life balance
So people who have made the switch how have you found it - do you regret it or would you jump back
