I wish I had more details but I thought maybe someone would know what I’m talking about.
H‑E‑B used to sell these incredible packaged cookies. They were half-square triangles, and they came stacked together in a plastic package. They had lemon and cinnamon flavors, maybe one or two others.
They were very crunchy and coated with turbinado sugar. They were excellent with tea or coffee, and if you crumbled them up they were perfect for yogurt or in a layered dessert.
I don’t know what the brand was but I’m pretty sure it was not an H‑E‑B brand.
I’ve been missing them for at least a couple years now and have had no luck finding them again. My online searches have been fruitless and I’d just really like to know what these cookies were.
