I had such a bad experience yesterday. I show up at 5:15 which my slot was 5-5:30 (paid extra for slot time) and there was nowhere to park. 8 spots available and nowhere to park. So i circle and every time i circle and someone leaves the car in front of me takes it. After 25 minutes of doing this i park close so i can see if someone leaves then i can grab one. Well after 10ish minutes i see an opening and park and immediately text my parking space number. I wait and wait and wait and notice other cars that pulled up after me are getting groceries and leaving and it's been 35 minutes so i text the number again and again and again for like 2 minutes out of frustration. My order finally arrives at 6:30. I was pretty mad at the whole thing. They also forgot an item but they refunded me for it. I guess i'm just mad that i had to pay extra for a slot and then wait almost an hour and a half there. I just think they need a better system and more parking spaces or don't take too many per slot of time.
