I’ve worked for HEB as a non cdl truck driver for 3 months before I was arrested. My crime was “family violence” I explained to my Managers that I didn’t do the crime, a ex lied and called the cops on me. I went to jail and after 3 resetted court dates over the corse of 6 months. I couldn’t afford not working anymore. These last 6 months I’ve lost my house, my car ,and my job, so instead of having my case reset again, I decided to plead guilty. I told my managers and they even told me “maybe you should plead guilty so we can hurry you back to work.” So that’s what I did. Now my mangers are telling me I CANT be rehired.

I actually liked heb and I liked my coworkers. Is there anything I can do? I was even planning on living in a tent jst so I could make it to work on time .
