I'm the oldest CSA they have (23), and they haven't moved me up anywhere and I've been there longer than the other CSAs. I do my job, help out customers, get along with my leads, etc etc. But lately it feels as if it's been sucking my soul out and I've been feeling miserable to the point where I wanna quit and work general merchandising at Walmart. I'm in a small town so Walmart and HEB are the only grocery stores where I'm at. Idk how much better or worse Walmart is but I'm just not happy being at HEB anymore. I'd appreciate y'alls intakes and opinions on it. I've also started recently having anxiety/panic attacks at work and getting sent home early so that doesn't help my case much
