This was my 4th try. So the feed back I got was to give more detail. After them telling me no, I immediately tin my head asking “am I not good for H-E-B, what are honestly looking for”. It’s crazy because I get it, it’s how you present yourself to them. But it’s crazy how hard to get in if you know you’re a hard worker in store but not strong in interviews. Wow 10yrs with heb it makes think is this really my future after this but I know I can’t give I just need to take the feed back to be better. Don’t get me wrong I’m happy to still have a job, but i really thought it was my time.
