This question is for men with primary hypogonadism ( idiopathic cause)

Can I ask if HCG has successfully worked for you at all? At what dosage and how many times per week? And what were the improvements from your low testo. Symptoms?

I used to take Clomid 25mg EOD up to 7 weeks and it didn’t work for me. Instead, gave me a few side effects including burning sensation in the testes. (Still recovering from it)

Currently taking TRT (testogel) to stimulate the testes for a short period and then switch to HCG later (my endocrinologist is willing to try it on me).

I’m quite skeptical about HCG because my testes didn’t respond to Clomid before but scared that it might give me the same side effects again. Obviously I’m doing it for fertility reasons. And been azoospermic for the last 4 years. No chromosomal abnormalities.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
