It is mostly in the left ball. It is more slightly dull pain, but I figured it could be from not taking HCG yet, so I took 500IUs (I do this twice a week) and the pain subsided a little, but I woke up and my balls are still painful a little, despite "letting off steam" so to speak. That seemed to help, so I think it could just be the HCG starting to work. I have been on HCG 3 weeks, so I am not sure if it is just starting to kick in or if it was due to not taking my dose yet/it absorbing yet.

I also walk a lot, so that could be part of it, but I am likely going to take it easy today and see if that helps. Any input is helpful, as it does seem common from different posts I have seen, but would just like more info. Thanks.
