Support Site Broken on Opera

To start, i am using Opera GX browser. I am trying to open a support chat on the website. It will open the automated chat just fine, but once it prompts me to talk to a real person, it opens another window, and will not progress. But if I just copy the link and past it into a firefox browser, it works just fine.
So something either on your end or with Opera GX is not permitting me to open a chat
