HBO Max and PayPal

So I used to pay for HBO Max with free prepaid cards I earned from work. I'd like to pay with PayPal so that way I don't have to keep changing the cards when the balance goes down and can pay directly. Is there some way to pay for Max with PayPal, so I don't have to give up my debit card or credit card information to HBO? I don't really like inputting my payment information directly to a service, and prefer to mask it with services like PayPal.
