What VR Should I Get?

H3VR is easily my most wanted game after trying it on a friends Vive 2ish years ago, but I never had the money to buy one for myself. I don't know much about the current VR market and don't really know what my options are? What Headsets should and could I get for under 700$? Should I just save up for a Valve Index? I already have a capable computer (6gb VRAM 1060)
