having trouble with my weight

ive wanted to lose some body fat and gain some muscle but im having a really hard time gaining muscle. im going into my senior year of high school and want to look and feel good, and i do feel better about my body, but i dont know where to go from here. i went from 145 to 127 at 5’7 in the past few months but no matter how hard i train im seeing no muscle progress…any tips? i try to eat as many meats, beans, nuts, etc without going over my calorie goal (around 1,900 net calories)
