It's never too late to start. Started in my 40s and had/have more obstacles than anyone can imagine. There is never the perfect day or month to start. Motivation will always dwindle. Don't rely on it. Do you need motivation to brush your teeth? Just go for it. O_f course it takes years when you are doing it naturally and without any pre-set muscles in your younger years. Your body isn't Amazon prime. It won't deliver within days. It takes even longer as a woman. But the years will pass anyway. So better make them count. Just start and be prepared that it will suck and hurt and suck again and go for it anyway. Educate yourself about food to help the journey. You will get stronger and it will help you mentally and physically to feel better. That's all that matters. Let's rock 2025!
I'm 47 π€. Well today it was lower body and then some abs and implementing some pull exercises to start working my way up to be able to do some pull-ups at the end of the year hopefully.
Looks can be deceiving. I don't workout for looks, I workout for building and maintaining muscle, flexibility and strength. For my own health and longevity π
I mostly do my own workouts βΊοΈ. Working out with me in the gym is no fun. I don't chat. I focus in my workouts, have my headphones on , to not get distracted and try to finish everything I want in the given time
