As someone who is struggling with Fibromyalgia, Perimenopause, ADHD and their combined symptoms ( insomnia, fatigue, seasonal depression and migraines amongst many more) physical workouts are not always possible consistently. Yet they are precious to me. They help me release tension, get stronger and maintain my physical and mental health to stay as sane as possible for a long time. I worked out 6 years mostly at home and joined a gym last year. Even though I started working out to lose bodyweight I would state today, that it's effect on my mental health was way bigger. But since I can't show you my mental health, here some pics from my hard earned muscles. Shredded is not my goal, but at least I'm not skinnyfat anymore. Strength workouts for the win.
You're welcome. It's really hard sometimes because the executive function doesn't work and we can't do what we know would be good for us.

Absolutely. The mental health benefits are so underrated.
