Haven’t been to the gym in 6-7 years. I want to start going again. I’m not knowledgeable enough about goals and plans, I used to just go to bench and curl for an hour. I struggle with my self perception and I still see the overweight person I used to be, so mostly my wanting to go back to the gym is with an emphasis on mental clarity and improvement.
I’d like to tone up, build decent muscle definition, and lose some fat and love handles. The picture was taken right as i woke up, forgive the bedhead lol. Thank you
