Describe to me, in simple terms, 'cutting'... its calorie deficit? But high proteins?
I'm new and... at best lazy in that I don't know and haven't found interest in knowing what "macros" are and how finite they must be tailored to my body and etc... those of you taking offense to that, I applaud you and your mental fortitude, but I... don't have the interest in it. I need simple, split out directions and descriptions, so for me and my fish brain, help a brother out with what exactly a "cut" is
Cutting is referring to fat loss. If you’re cutting, you’re eating less calories, you’re burning more fat (as a general rule anyway). Doesn’t work for everyone depending on pre existing conditions etc. but that’s the gist of it
