Hi guys 👋 I have been in the gym regularly for the last year and a half. I have made small gains but nothing significant, my plans are fairly well done out and constructed but I am falling short on the food side of things. I tried a cut at the beginning this year and made it through 9 of the 12 weeks but stopped because constantly thinking about calories was taking a toll on my MH. I want to be able to make good progress but I am worried about eating too much or not enough and I have thought about making meal plans but worried I'll end up back in the same spot I was in earlier this year. Any advice on when I could find online nutritionists or PTS who could make a meal plan or any advice on how to sort out the food side myself. Thanks in advance
