Ive finished my first week of the gym, ive got out of my comfort zone!
i dont dare to touch every machine yet, but its a start.
I feel like i'm a bit overmotivated, how important is rest? i heard people say more helps more, training through spre muscles ect. should i wait out sore muscles? should i still ho but work on different muscle groups? should i have days where i dont go to the gym?
i need some help
