Not sure about other ladies in here, but being 50 and in peri-menopause has made it very hard to keep weight off. It feels like Iā€™m in the beginning of my journey even tho I lost over 100 pounds over 13 years ago and kept it off until a year ago. I just keep telling myself to not quit and to focus on health vs being my previous smaller size. Iā€™m open to thoughts and suggestions. Thanks šŸ™šŸ» šŸ¤—
