Hi,
How do people manage to push through cardio? I really struggle with it. I know its about determination snd pushing through it, but i mean do people have anything they do to manage it?
I love weightlifting and could do that all day but i want to match my output on weights into cardio. I weigh quite a bit (108kg) but my cardiovascular fitness isnβt awful, i can manage normally about an hour of casual competitive football (Soccer), or 20 mins of high intensity on cross trainer but so far its not doing a lot. Ive tried bikes and running machines and i hate them lol.
I am going to try going for physical runs this week but i could do with advice on how to actually get them done and not take the easy way out.
Thanks
