ive started using these posts as sort of a diary to keep myself motivated, so here we go:
meant to post this last night but oh well. i went to the gym after not going for 2 days and i honestly feel better than i did in those 2 days. im not very sore the morning after, though i wish i was, but im just happy i picked myself up and went. ive been slowly but surely dropping the weight and i honestly thought i had completely screwed myself those days i didnt go. i talked myself into not counting my calories for those 2 days and, though the food i ate was good, i felt like shit immediately after. im glad to be back on track tho and happy that the bingeing happened so early on rather than later down the line. i feel like i can work on my self control and put the binge eating behind me
