ive started using these posts as sort of a diary to keep myself motivated, so here we go:
meant to post this last night but was so tired after hitting the gym. i think im figuring out more about myself and my preferences as i progress (for example, i dont like to go late at night like i did last night). so i definitely need to develop my own routine for when i go rather then just going at a random time during the day. last night i spent most of my time on chest, triceps, and back with the help of my brother. we had the whole gym to ourselves so it was really nice to just be able to chill with him. i will say he had me do cardio at the end instead of at the beginning like i normally do and i can say for sure that i do not like that lol. does it make a difference if you do cardio at the beginning or end of a workout? im not really sure but i ended up doing less cardio than i wanted because i was already so tired by the end of the lift. idk, im still figuring out what's best for me and my gym needs.
