ive started using these posts as sort of a diary to keep myself motivated, so here we go:
ive finished day three and feel great! i focused mostly on my legs today (210 on the leg press for 4 sets of 10 reps, shouldve added more weight tho). i went with my friend, she wasnt really sure what to do while we were there but she was super supportive the whole time :) i ate fast food for the first time in a while today and dont think i will again for a while. it surprised me so much when my stomach immediately began hurting after finishing, honestly glad to be rid of it. since starting this process (i started june 4th and it is now june 7th) ive dropped a pound a day. i did the math and at this rate, ill reach my goal weight (180 pounds) by the end of july! cant wait to keep it up :)
