ive started using these posts as sort of a diary to keep myself motivated, so here we go:

i officially finished day two! im super fucking sore in my shoulders and thighs still but i definitely went easier on myself today. i was only at the gym for like an hour and spent most my time on the treadmill. ended up getting 6600 steps in today which i think is a great improvement from yesterday. i didn't eat too much today but i think my appetite is already going down a bit since ive been drinking so much water. ive noticed that im more tired today but i think that's because i ate less and ended up sweating more than i did yesterday. i think im gonna take a break tomorrow, mainly because im going swimming with my family and i dont wanna be exhausted. thanks for reading tho, i appreciate your support :)
