Okay so I’m 270 38 yrs old, I carry most of my weight in my stomach, strangely it’s rock hard which leads me do you believe that it is visceral fat? Just started in the gym about 2 1/2 weeks ago. long and short, 243g of protein 189 g of carbs 48 fats is that going to help me loose my belly or am I needing to adjust? I’m also doing a body building program. My goal is to get down too 200 build some muscle and loose some fat.

I won’t lie my job as an equipment operator does make it hard for me to want to eat and feel as if I’ve burnt off the carbs I need to eat. I’d appreciate some guidance if anyone has some. Thanks for the help and your time!
