i wanna start using these posts as sort of a diary to keep myself motivated, so here we go:
it's 7:30 pm and i (17 female) just finished my first day! i began calorie counting and going to the gym today and i honestly feel great. i managed to stay under a 1750 calories and ended up going to the gym with my brother. i honestly wasnt expecting him to be as supportive as he was. for the first half of the hour and a half i was there i was just switching between the treadmill and the elliptical (ended up getting 4500 steps in total today which isnt as much as i wanted but i think it's a good start) but for the second half my brother had me working on back, arms, and chest. he kept going on about how my starting weight on the bench was insane for a woman, around 90-105 for i think 3-5 reps? (i really dont think that that's an "insane" starting weight like he says it is but if it is something to be proud of then lmk ig) i really enjoyed it tho! my shoulders are already sore as fuck so i can only imagine how ill be feeling tomorrow but i honestly cant wait to go back :)
